The main unit houses the game selector, speaker, and controllers for one player - the other rotary controller can split from the main body which is also where the gun plugs in. The controller for the left player can be detached from the console and is wired to the rest of the machine with a very long cable. You can choose between the games Tennis, Soccer, Squash and Pelota, but in fact all these games are just Pong games with slight modifications (Although Pelota is a one-player game). If you do not select any game with the selector you can play the 5th hidden "Handicap" game, a soccer variant where one player has 3 Bats and the second has only 2.

The Universum TV Multispiel was connected directly to the antenna input of the TV and the signal can be set to use channel 3 or 4. The console uses 6xAA batteries but it can use a Universum L-713/319 9V AC/DC Adaptor which is NOT included.
