Atari 7800

The Atari 7800 was a third-generation video game console released in June 1984 and then re-released in January 1986. Atari designed the 7800 to be backward compatible with all Atari 2600 games and controllers, partly due to the commercial faluire of the Atari 5200 which lacked these features.
