The lid of the original Playstation can be tricky to reassemble, especially if you don't pay close attention to the positioning of the lid spring.
Lid Spring[edit]
Use these photos to help correctly replace the lid spring. The long end of the spring connects to the lid, and the short end connects to a small plastic piece attached to the inside of the case.
